Une passion pour la Pharmacie, combinée à une expertise mondialement reconnue
Le fondateur et directeur de Pharmacy and Consulting, est Dr Luc Besancon, qui a travaillé à la Fédération Internationale Pharmaceutique (FIP), l’organisation mondiale qui regroupe plus de 130 associations nationales de pharmaciens, entre 2008 et 2017, notamment en tant que Directeur Général de 2013 à 2017.
Avant de rejoindre la FIP, Dr Besançon a travaillé en tant que responsable des affaires professionnelles et internationales à l’Ordre national des Pharmaciens, le régulateur des pharmaciens en France.
Dr Besançon est titulaire d’un diplôme de Docteur d’État en pharmacie obtenu à l’Université de Bourgogne, France, après une formation en France et au Canada. Il a complété sa formation avec un Mastère en communication, option Relations Publiques Européennes, de l’Université Paris-La Sorbonne / CELSA, France.
